Description: A common remedy for severe menstrual cramps is to place a rubber bladder, commonly known as a hot water bottle, against the abdomen to sooth the cramping muscle and promote blood flow to the oxygen-starved muscles of the uterus.

However, the water bottle does not retain heat very long and has to be refilled with hot water every half hour. In addition, the water bottle has to be constantly held by hand against the abdomen otherwise it would slide off the stomach.

This idea is a ladies panty designed to hold a small gel filled bladder.

The front panel of the panty is formed with a small pocket in which a heated gel pack is placed and held against the stomach by the elastic waistband of the panty.

The gel pack is heated up by placing it in a microwave for one minute or in a tub of hot water. The chemical makeup of the gel is designed to reach a maximum heat of 40 degrees Celsius that would provide relief while preventing any possible burns to the skin.
